John Cuddy is the Principal of Cuddy & Company Solicitors, Loughrea, Co. Galway and has deep roots in the town and the surrounding area. John has many years’ experience in legal services in this area.
John previously worked for VP Shields Solicitors and more recently Vincent Shields Solicitors in Athenry, Co. Galway. During that time John developed skills in all areas of general practice, particularly defence litigation and medical negligence.
John has extensive experience in civil litigation including, personal and fatal injuries, professional and medical negligence, construction and environmental litigation.
Having worked for both Plaintiff and Defendant in Personal Injury and Medical Negligence, John has developed expertise in forensic analysis of medical records which is vital in assessing each case.
John has more recently worked with Ambrose Cuddy, Principal of Noonan & Cuddy Solicitors, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, in developing a reliable network of medical experts who can assist in providing a reliable opinion prior to or during an action.
John has a particular interest in birth and early childhood injuries and defects
